Jaromir Bugter studied Dutch law (2000) at Utrecht University, majoring in private law and tax law, and has completed the Grotius Academy in Corporate Litigation.
Jaromir has been working as a lawyer since 2000 and has worked for several medium-sized and large law firms in Amsterdam and Utrecht.
Jaromir specialises in corporate law with a focus on transactions (M&A) and disputes (corporate litigation). He has extensive experience in shareholder disputes, takeover disputes, directors' liability and proceedings at the Enterprise Chamber. Jaromir regularly acts as a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs, directors, companies and investors.

Ernst was sworn in as a lawyer in 2001 and has since worked in maritime and trade practice. He serves the entire logistics chain.

His heart lies with the shipping and offshore industry. Ernst started his career at DLA Piper. He also gained experience as a corporate lawyer at Smit Salvage (Boskalis). Since 2009 he has had his own law practice.
Ernst also lectured in transport law at the University of Amsterdam and acts as an arbitrator in logistical disputes. In the legal expertize registry of the Dutch Bar Association, Ernst is registered as a Transport & Commercial Law specialist.
